After factory consultation, on-site inspection, and benefit analysis, the customer selected two mobile crushers for stone crushing. A jaw crusher, a PFX impact crushing and screening crusher, the two equipments form a complete stone crushing production line, with an output of 200 tons per hour, and can process more than 1,600 tons of stone a day.

Production process:

1. The stone material enters the jaw crusher from the feeder for coarse crushing, and the feeding material does not exceed 500mm.

2. The coarsely crushed materials enter the impact crushing and screening crusher for fine crushing and screening.

3. There are three kinds of final products: 0-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm, which can be adjusted according to your needs.

This stone crushing production line has an output of about 200 tons per hour. The finished products have many specifications and can be broken. There are many types of stones. The impact crusher selected can crush the stone with a compressive strength of not more than 350MPa, which is just right for crushing limestone and bluestone.
