Introduction to the function of energy-saving ball mill:
The energy-saving copper iron ball mill is a highly efficient and energy-saving grinding equipment that can grind various materials into fine powder. It is widely used in industries such as cement, silicate, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, and glass ceramics. The machine has a stable operation, low noise, energy saving, and easy maintenance.
Energy-saving ball mill is suitable for grinding various ores and other materials. It is widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries. It can be divided into dry and wet grinding methods. According to different ore discharge methods, it can be divided into grid type and overflow type.
Use and scope of energy-saving ball mill:
Energy-saving ball mill is a key equipment for crushing materials after they are crushed. It is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, glass and ceramics and other production industries to dry or wet grind various ores and other grindable materials.
The energy-saving copper iron ball mill is widely used in grinding various ores, non-metallic minerals, building materials, and other materials. It is used in the production of cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, glass ceramics, and other industries. The machine can grind various ores and other materials with a maximum particle size of 25mm or less.
Working principle of energy-saving ball mill:
Energy-saving ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, with outer gear transmission and two warehouses. The material is fed into the front bin of the mill evenly through the feeding device and the hollow feeding shaft spiral. There are stepped linings or corrugated linings in the bin, which are filled with steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder brings the steel balls to a certain height and then falls, which produces a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material is roughly ground in the front bin, it enters the second bin through a single-layer partition plate. The bin is inlaid with a flat lining plate and steel balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
Structural features of energy-saving ball mill:
1. The machine uses high-quality materials, ensuring the long-term stable operation.
2. Energy-saving and environmental protection, reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
3. Easy to operate and maintain, with low noise.
4. The machine has a high grinding efficiency, and the fine powder output is more uniform.
The energy-saving ball mill produced by our factory consists of the main parts such as the feeding part, the discharging part, the rotating part, and the transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electronic control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the inner lining is removable, the rotating large gear is made of cast gear hobbing, and the cylinder is inlaid with wear-resistant lining, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and works reliably.
